Why we exist
PetPals connects pet owners with people who love animals, whether your pet needs a home for a weekend or you want to spend your evenings with someone else's dog. We are a marketplace, not a care provider: every stay is arranged directly between an owner and a sitter, and PetPals holds the payment and handles the introduction.
What makes us different
Sitters state upfront whether they can give medication or handle a reactive dog, so an owner can filter for it before ever sending a message. Owners and sitters review each other after every stay. And the fee an owner pays at checkout is donated to animal shelters and rescues, matched in full from our own side — see Our Platform for exactly how that works.
